Bitcoin Cash (BCH)

Bitcoin Cash (BCH) runs on the Bitcoin network and was created via a hard fork of the network at block 478,588. When the hard fork occurred, owners of bitcoin received one bitcoin cash token for every bitcoin token they owned. Bitcoin cash began circulating on August 1, 2017. The hard fork was the result of the inability of the Bitcoin network to scale. Bitcoin cash (BCH) has an increased block size limit which hallows for an increase in the speed of processing transactions.
