Meet The Crypto People

You get people that are involved in the crypto space and then you get the Crypto People. Members of the first group are only interested in cryptos because it can help them to Lambo and moon land. Their involvement in cryptos are driven by questions like: “When Lambo? When moon? When will xyz token be listed on abc exchange?” And questions similar in nature to those - all questions primarily interested in monetary gain and the sooner the better.

You might frown and wonder who the heck are the Crypto People? It may sound very familiar and yet might come over as a complete alien concept, construct, or idea to you. This is an attempt to explain and to clarify what is meant when we refer to the Crypto People.

The actual Crypto People

The Crypto People are also in it for the money. Yes, there is nothing wrong with that. Anyone that proclaims that he is not in it for the money at all is either very noble or super wealthy - not in need of another thin dime. In reality, while on planet Earth, the majority of us don’t have the luxury of not caring about the money. However, the Crypto People see monetary gain as a bonus not as the alpha and the omega - the beginning and the end.

As an example, the primary aim of the peer-to-peer electronic cash system that Satoshi Nakamoto envisioned and introduced is not to make us all super wealthy. It is to provide us with the means to send online payments directly to each other without the need for financial institutions. In essence it was designed to provide us with a trustless, borderless, decentralized payment system that is not dependent on governments and financial institutions to function.

The Crypto People find aspects such as trustless, borderless, and decentralized of vital importance. They won’t willingly compromise - even when bribes are offered. They know what is at stake.

They are well aware of the corrupting influence money can have in the crypto space. They know we cannot just sit back in the hope that technology will save the day. They know we have to be actively involved to ensure that cryptos are heading in the right direction. They know we have to work hard and work as a team to identify and push scammers, fraudsters, and other wannabes out of this space. To build bigger and better solutions. They know the vital importance of mass crypto adoption based on the right principles - otherwise we are going to sit with mass enslavement like never experienced before in human history. Yes, if you think it is bad now, you are in for quite a surprise if we fail to stick to what was originally intended with cryptos (and Bitcoin for that matter).

Which camp are you in?

In all seriousness, are you part of the Crypto People or merely chasing Lambos in the hope of landing on the moon? I hope not. My hope is that you want to leave a lasting legacy.
