Exposing Deceptive Marketing Tactics: The Unsettling Case of Liberty Gaming Guild

When an investor withdraws their support, it naturally follows that their backing for the venture diminishes. Consequently, it is deceptive and reminiscent of the tactics employed by scammers to exploit the information provided by investors who have severed their ties.

Misleading marketing is unequivocally a scam.

Regrettably, such practices are currently at play within Liberty Gaming Guild.

When an investor withdraws their support, it naturally follows that their backing for the venture diminishes. Consequently, it is deceptive and reminiscent of the tactics employed by scammers to exploit the information provided by investors who have severed their ties.

Despite our severing of the investment relationship with Liberty Gaming Guild more than six months ago, resulting in a complete refund due to their breach of our agreement, they persist in using my name and our investment fund, Cointelligence Fund, on their website to entice new investors.

We have demanded the immediate removal of this information. Nevertheless, they continue to employ tactics to evade taking necessary action, a reflection of the very same stall and evasion strategies employed throughout our working relationship.

Hence, we have no recourse but to make our concerns public.

It is untenable for Liberty Gaming to persist in associating themselves with our company and promoting our support, given the violation of our agreement.

The facts are unequivocal: we lost faith in their integrity long ago.

You may wonder why we withdrew our support from them in the first place.
Allow me to elucidate.

In 2022, Cointelligence Fund invested in Liberty Gaming Guild. Our agreement stipulated that Liberty would provide a full refund if specific terms were not met by a predetermined deadline.
Liberty Gaming failed to meet this deadline.

Sadly, this outcome was unsurprising, given their lack of transparency, evasive discussions, and the avoidance tactics employed after securing funding. These red flags, indicative of their business practices, undermined our confidence as an investor.

Once the deadline elapsed and we exercised our right under the agreement, Liberty Gaming Guild consistently evaded and dismissed our attempts to address the breach and secure the promised refund. They resorted to making excuses and sidestepping crucial questions, seeking to avoid accountability for their burn rate, development stages, and other pertinent factors related to our investment.

This lack of communication and transparency is profoundly disheartening.

Ultimately, legal action became necessary to enforce compliance with our agreement.
A formal letter was sent, but Liberty Gaming Guild persisted in obstructing our attempts to reach a resolution.

When they finally conceded to issuing the refund as agreed, they intentionally prolonged the repayment process over a protracted 5-month period, needlessly extending the ordeal.

Our objective is to highlight Liberty Gaming Guild’s blatant and deliberate efforts to mislead the public.
This calls into question their credibility and trustworthiness for future partnerships or investments.

Transparency, honesty, and respect are vital cornerstones of any business relationship.

Holding Liberty Gaming Guild accountable for these deceptive practices is crucial.
Together, we can strive for a fair and ethical business environment.
