EQUI Use of Token
EQUI tokens are EQUI Capital's native ICO tokens. EQUI is an Ethereum based ERC20 token. There will be a total supply of 250 million EQUI tokens. 55% of the total token supply will be offered for sale via the angel, pre-sale, and public ICO token sales (unsold tokens will be burnt after the end of the ICO), 15% will be used as a "Reserve and Investment Surplus"", 15% will be awarded to the project's team and founders, 5% will be reserved for advisors, 2% will be used for the bounty program, and 8% will be reserved for promos and rewards. EQUI Tokens represent an Access, Reward, and Accreditation utility token. They are used to access specific platform features, earn rewards from participating projects, and are necessary to become an accredited EQUI Investor. Once you become an accredited EQUI Investor and decide to participate in one of the projects listed on the EQUI platform, you have to exchange your EQUI Tokens for EQUIVest tokens, the EQUI Platform’s native fiat-pegged (1:1 to USD) currency. You then use your EQUIVest tokens to invest in the any of the projects listed on EQUI's platform.
