The biggest warning sign we found was their team's pictures. All of their pictures are either stock or belong to random people online (One of them is literally, a ship captain) For example - their founder and CEO, Brett Murphy, is actually Hans-peter Huber (https://twitter.com/hpghuber).
We even traced them back to where you can find all the pictures in one place (https://millionhappyfaces.com/main/faces).
Moreover, none of their team members have a social-media link attached
Another warning sign was that they present three false scores out of the three scores presented on the main part of their site.
One of the sites did not evaluate them and the rest simply didn't list them.
Ethbay presents itself as an online decentralized marketplace, that enables users to buy and sell for extremely low fees (1%), when compared to other centralized marketplaces which charge (10%-15%). Ethbay is a fully anonymous marketplace that protects users via an escrow system based on Ethereum's smart contract technology.
