The CTO for the project is also well experienced in the tech field, the project however only states one member of the development team who does have experience. This is a concern since we are unable to verify the rest of the development team's ability. The project is lacking both a legal expert and an expereinced CMO. Fortunately for the project this does not reflect their marketing status. Horizon communications ICO has an above average amount of posts on social media channels, yet it is lacking a significant amount of followers on the same channels. There are a number of concerns with the project including the inability to verify stated partnerships, a shorter than average lock up period, 6 months, and an above average difference between the soft cap and hard cap, x33.
Horizon Communications Use of Token
HRZN is Horizon Communications' native token. HRZN is an Ethereum based ERC20 token. 70 million HRZN tokens will be offered for sale, which correspond to 70% of the total token supply. HRZN is a utility token that will be the only accepted method of payment for Horizon telecom services including internet, mobile phone services, etc.
