NurseToken ICO (NUR)

Getting hospitals the nurses they need

NurseToken allows hospitals to fill in their staffing needs for nurses. A nurse can upload their credentials to the NurseToken blockchain where they are verified and kept private. The verification process is strict, ensuring that any hospital would be satisfied with the process. This process allows a nurse's credentials to be acceptable to any hospital, instead of having to go through the process each time a nurse enters a new hospital to work.

NurseToken Score Analysis

Nurse Token is an ICO that aims to fix the issue of a shortage of nurses in the world via smart contracts. Nurse Token’s already created an MVP and has an experienced CTO to lead its development. On the other hand, the lead developer has no provable experience, hence we cannot evaluate his ability to support this product. There a number of competitors, however, no other project is working on an ICO specifically for nurses, which is in Nurse Token’s both advantage and disadvantage. The team is very well experienced. The CEO and CTO both have experience working in the medical and technological fields respectively. One thing that is severely lacking from the team is the lack of marketing. There is no designated CMO, and very little promotion on all social media platforms, these are several things that the team needs to improve. To conclude the ICO has a very good idea: trying to bridge the gap between the shortage of nurses and the need for the reduction of the bureaucracy involved in hiring nurses in different hospitals and healthcare clinics, however has yet to hit the market and did not sign any early-stage contracts, meaning that the ICO’s acceptance in the medical sector was not yet proven.
