LocalTrade Exchange Review

LocalTrade is a cryptocurrency exchange / digital asset exchange that seems to have been founded during the 2017 crypto bull market. A LocalTrade exchange review shows a lack of information on their website with little to know information about where they are based, who runs this crypto-asset exchange, etc.

They seem to serve the crypto space via no less than 27 active markets. They also seem to provide trading access to more than one currency pair, both crypto-to-crypto and fiat-to-crypto currency pairs. A LocalTrade exchange review reveals that the main currencies on this crypto exchange are the US Dollar (USD), Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).

It is also revealed in a LocalTrade exchange review that their website caters to no less than 16 languages, including English. This is great and beyond what most crypto exchanges offer. However, beyond the trading dashboard, most of the information is only available in English. The only exclusion seems to be their commissions page where the headings seem to be exclusively available in Russian. This may limit the participation of those who have little or no command of the English language. It is refreshing to see though that the trading dashboard itself almost fully caters to all the languages available.

In terms of security, they seem to offer verification via two factor authentication (2FA). It is unclear if it happens via Google Authenticator or another software token. Nonetheless, it is always good when a crypto exchange has 2FA available for additional security.

They do seem to have live support available while messages to technical support can take up to 24 hours to get answered.
