Yunex.io Exchange Review

YunEx is a digital asset exchange platform based in the British Virgin Islands and was launched on June 6th, 2018. The website claims to have team members with many years of blockchain technology, accumulation, and digital asset investment experience, but without much to back this up, as there is no more information about the team behind YunEx on its website. To add to this, the company also lacks a LinkedIn page, which is pretty standard for cryptocurrency exchanges. Overall, this makes it pretty hard to trust YunEx already with how little transparency it has regarding the people working there.

At a glance, the YunEx website is poorly translated into English, and the help center has very limited information - there are only nine questions in the FAQ. The website also does not clearly explain how to deposit coins, making it unfriendly for newer users wanting to use the exchange for the first time.

YunEx’s platform currently has 32 active trading pairs with the main coins available for trading being Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Ripple. As of writing, the exchange currently only supports Crypto-to-crypto transactions. The platform also seems to maintain a large focus on its native token, the YunEx Yun Token (YUN), which is itself a coin listed for trading on its website.

In terms of social media, there is almost no one in English-speaking social media talking about the YunEx exchange platform. Furthermore, their own social media presence is severely lacking, with their last tweet being around 6 months ago from writing. This initially makes it very hard to trust YunEx as an exchange, especially while considering the issues with regards to transparency exemplified by the lack of a LinkedIn page and the limited help given in the support section of the website.
